RHB Hawaii is a Hawaii-inspired lifestyle brand offering towels, ponchos, home goods, beach products, gifts, wholesale products, and custom order options.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless other written payment terms have been approved by RHB Hawaii for wholesale, custom, or business orders.

We use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. RHB Hawaii does not store full credit card information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error affects your order, we may contact you for approval before proceeding or cancel the order and issue a refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RHB Hawaii is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, missing delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned, delayed, or reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer, subject to applicable law and carrier policies.

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and may assist with carrier claims where appropriate.

8. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges required by the destination country.

RHB Hawaii is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, unpaid import charges, or destination country restrictions.

International shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Certain products may be final sale, including but not limited to:

• Personalized items
• Wholesale orders
• Bulk orders
• Used or washed items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method after the return is received and approved.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.

We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible for replacement or refund.

11. Wholesale, Bulk, and Custom Orders

Wholesale, bulk, hotel, resort, vacation rental, wedding, event, school, hospital, corporate, retail, and custom logo orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, sample approvals, mockup approvals, lead times, payment terms, production schedules, and shipping arrangements.

Custom, printed, private-label, logo, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing by RHB Hawaii.

For custom orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production, including:

• Artwork
• Logo placement
• Spelling
• Colors
• Product type
• Quantity
• Size
• Material
• Mockup or sample details
• Shipping address

RHB Hawaii is not responsible for customer-approved errors after production begins.

12. Artwork, Logos, and Customer-Provided Materials

If you provide artwork, logos, trademarks, photos, or other materials for custom or wholesale orders, you represent that you have the legal right and permission to use those materials.

You agree that RHB Hawaii may use the provided materials solely for the purpose of preparing mockups, samples, production, order fulfillment, and related communication.

You agree to hold RHB Hawaii harmless from claims related to unauthorized use of customer-provided artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Offers

Promotions, coupons, discount codes, free shipping offers, and special offers are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or canceled at any time.

Discount codes may not be combined unless specifically stated. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Promotional offers may exclude wholesale orders, custom orders, bulk orders, gift cards, sale items, or certain product categories.

14. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the product or listed on the website.

RHB Hawaii is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, chemical exposure, excessive heat, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
