Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
For orders under $75, a flat $5 U.S. shipping fee applies.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25.

How should I wash and dry my RHB towels?
Everyone has their own laundry routine, but to keep your RHB towels
looking and performing their best, we recommend the following care tips.
Washing Instructions
• Machine wash cold or warm with like colors
• Use a mild detergent
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Washing separately or with similar fabrics is recommended for best results
Drying Instructions
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Avoid high heat to help preserve softness and shape
• Do not iron
Additional Care Tips (Optional but Recommended)
• Avoid dryer sheets, as they may reduce absorbency
• Minimal shrinkage after the first wash is normal
• Designed for everyday use and regular washing
