Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $85.
For orders under $85, a flat $6.95 U.S. shipping fee applies.
Can I ship my order to my hotel in Oahu?
Yes. If you are visiting Oahu, you may ship your order to your hotel during your stay.
Most Oahu orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after processing.
Please check with your hotel before ordering to confirm they can receive packages for guests.
For the smoothest delivery, include your hotel name, guest name, reservation name, and check-in date in your shipping address or order note.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
For exchanges due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs.
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, RHB Hawaii will cover the exchange shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
International orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
