Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
For orders under $75, a flat $5 U.S. shipping fee applies.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
For exchanges due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs.
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, RHB Hawaii will cover all exchange shipping costs.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
